 • With the support of one of your classmates and once you have appropriated the study material from the second level, make a video in which you create a presentation of a job interview, applying for a job related to your professional profile. After being interviewed, exchange roles with your classmate to be the interviewer. During the interview you must answer the following questions: 

1. Tell us about yourself: Hello, my name is Karen Julieth Guevara Medina, I am a person with many dreams and a desire to get ahead, I am currently studying advertising development technology. I consider myself a person with many qualities, eager to learn and live new experiences, kind, honest, humble, optimistic and persistent, but also with many values, I am a person capable of adapting to situations that arise. 

2. What motivates you? My motivation is mainly my family, I am deeply motivated by the idea of contributing to their vision and being part of an environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged. I believe that my skills and experience can add value to their operations and help drive the company's success even further.

 3. What are your hobbies? One of my greatest hobbies is creativity, I really like creating and making designs based on the needs that are required, I also like to explore and feed myself with more knowledge to reach my goals and contribute my knowledge to the company. 

4. What are your future plans if you get this job? If I have the opportunity to join this team, my main objective would be to contribute significantly to the success of the company. I am committed to working hard, continuously learning to achieve the established objectives. In the long term, I would like to continue growing professionally within the company, taking on greater responsibilities and contributing even more significantly to its growth and development. I am excited about the possibility of growing with the company and facing the challenges that come along the way. 

5. What are your future goals or what are your professional objectives? "One of my main future goals is to continue growing professionally in the field of Advertising Development, acquiring new skills and knowledge that allow me to stand out in my work and contribute significantly to the success of the company. In the short term, my goal is to lead an important project for the company. In the long term, I aspire to be able to significantly contribute my knowledge to the company. I am committed to working hard and continuing to learn and grow throughout my professional career.

 6. What do you consider an important success in your life? I consider that an important success in my life was graduating and deciding to continue with my studies since life has taught me that one achieves what one wants by being resilient and constant and that despite adversity one must continue forward.

 7. Why did you leave your last job? I decided to leave my last job because I felt that I had reached a point where I was looking for new challenges and opportunities for growth.

 8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In five years, I see myself playing an important role within the company, contributing to the success of the team and taking on greater responsibilities. I aspire to continue growing professionally and adding value to the company.
